How the MFPP programme runs

Module Presentation

Each session is a prerecorded online presentation. We update these regularly when new information or research comes to light, and we will keep you posted – and any alterations or improvements have no bearing on the course fee that you have already paid.

Video sessions

Most video sessions will not last more than 10-15 minutes, some will be longer if the topic deserves a more in-depth approach. We plan to offer additional training sessions as and when necessary, and at no extra cost.

In the future we expect to also have a YouTube channel

Resources and eBooks

There will be notes and handouts directly underneath the presentation: you will be invited to download PDFs if you so choose.

You will also have the e-books are that apply to each module/s and that are provided as a part of the overall course fee. These will also point you towards further Research and Referencing and to specific expertise in certain areas of study.

Activities and Exercises

There are also activities and exercises and targets to meet. Most are self-assessments and often the responses you provide allows you to reflect and choose, analyse with some suggested actions, various possible interpretations and examples and comparisons. There are also some end of module quizzes and progress checking.

Progressing

Each module stands as a separate Unit. We strongly advise that you follow the module through to Module 12 in the order prescribed.

Some Modules thereafter may be of particular interest or more appropriate to your needs, but we also advise completing them all – either to help you complete your ultimate PP Success Profile and Plan or to give you ‘the edge’ for the future [for example, perhaps the module on Parenting, Retirement, Health and so forth].

Group Interaction

As well as the Group coaching sessions, there will be a Facebook Group or other social media platforms for discussion and a blog on the website that we hope will encourage discussion, ideas, suggestions and mutual support.

Mind Flow is a new incarnation of our mission and philosophy – and we hope to build it together with our clients and learners.

We will also be adding new eBooks and new mini-modules (Brain Boosters) to the website and shop regularly.

And we expect to add additional ‘spin-off’ courses to the MFPP range of programmes and our more traditional range of courses.

If you have chosen Option 1, which is without live the coaching sessions that occur fortnightly or more often, it is possible to upgrade to other options, or to book a one-to-one coaching session. Contact us by email through the website.

Customer Support

There is a dedicated phone number for you to call if there are any problems: please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, please e-mail through the website.

Regular Group on-line Coaching / Discussion Sessions

Depending on which option you have chosen for the Mind Flow Peak Performance Mastery course, there will be Group Coaching and Q/A discussion sessions.

These will be via Zoom and at a specified time – probably 18.00 hrs GMT. We’ll plan to make it possible for those over Europe and North America etc to join and contribute.

Sometimes there will be a presentation of some related topic, sometimes we will field questions and hope to provide answers and discussion.

You will be asked to prepare questions in advance and submit them once the session begins. You will be welcome to send them in advance if that helps.

Individual questions will provide an opportunity for short coaching answers that may be relevant to everybody at one time or another.

And we hope that these sessions will be light hearted as well as being beneficial.

Of course, suggestions will also be welcome, but we plan to have a section on the website and on social media for any ideas or requests.

Coaching sessions will run between 60 and 120 minutes depending upon numbers.

We believe it is essential for those on this high level Mastery Programme to have as much opportunity for communication as possible.

As we develop our “modus operandi” we imagine that these sessions may altering develop as the group wishes.

Mind Flow International is a new iteration of Previous offerings services and products. It will organically evolve, and much of this will depend upon the support we have from our groups and those on our Mastery Programme.

In a sense, our early group members and investors in our programmes will help define us, and if you one of these individuals, we look forward to welcoming you to our team. We can grow this together!

If you are interested at this point, please contact us through the website and arrange to book a call. Thanks!

Case study and Example of a recent session:

Consultant Notes to Client:

“ You (Nicolas) provided feedback and an overview of the period since we last spoke.

We focused on Time Management today. You have expressed an interest in learning more about the techniques that will help you, many of which you are aware of but do not maximise. We worked on this, and you were surprised that this also included training and discussion on procrastination, dealing with interruptions, dealing with negative pre-conceptions and reacting to set-backs. You also didn’t expect to cover concentration and attention, using EEG Biofeedback Metawaves techniques and Heartmath HRV training. You began to see how all of these practices and techniques blend together and how important the Initial Assessment has been to in forming a way you can self-manage your future success.

We tried out a  few examples relevant to his lifestyle immediately; I emailed you some of my Info-graph Boosters and we concluded with a Plan of Action until next week’s session.

This was an hour and a half session.”

Nicolas’ feedback:

“PJ has opened my eyes to the possibilities and opportunities I have for my own self-controlled development. Extremely re-assuring.
