The Mind Flow Mastery Programme offers a comprehensive understanding and practical techniques over 20 weekly modules. This will include fortnightly live Q/A sessions and coaching for participants.

However, it is possible to purchase these modules individually, as well as all the other courses outlined below.

Over the last 30 years MILO has been at the forefront of research and support into Neurodiversity.

 

Neurodiversity is a concept that recognises and respects the natural variation and neurological characteristics in all individuals.

It emphasises the idea that differences in brain function and behaviour are normal and should be accepted and valued in society much like other forms of diversity.

 

Overall neurodiversity represents a shift in societal attitudes towards the neurological differences and we have moved away from pathologizing and medicalizing neurodevelopmental conditions toward the more inclusive, accepting and supportive approach that celebrates human diversity in all its forms.
